Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to reschedule or can no longer make the appointment, please contact Rachael as soon as possible either by call, email or instant messaging and she will be able to assist with changing the appointment time.

Late cancellations
12 hours prior to session, anything inside the 12 hour window is considered a late cancellation and will incur a 50% fee of the total treatment cost.

No Shows
If you schedule an appointment and do not attend and do not inform Rachael that you are unable to attend, this is considered a no show and will incur 75% fee of the total treatment cost.
Time is precious, and naturally things happen and plans change. But if you don’t cancel an appointment, someone else misses out on the opportunity to have a session in your place.

No show and late cancellation fees will be added to the cost of your following appointment or if you have a card stored on file, your card may be automatically charged this fee.


Refunds
Refunds are not given for services already delivered, however, if you are unsatisfied with any treatments, Rachael offers a free video consultation to discuss your concerns and create a game-plan on how to address the issues presented.
Refunds are not given for the fee charged if you are a late cancellation or no show, unless in the case of exceptional circumstances.
Refunds are not given for any groups or events that you purchase a ticket for. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to attend the group. Groups are limited to 10 people and therefore it’s important to honor your commitment.
