Rachael’s Approach
Rachael is a highly qualified energy healer with 5 years of experience in facilitating safe spaces for clients to find, address and heal areas of emotional, spiritual, energetic and physical discomfort or distress. Her expertise extends to a variety of modalities which allows her to individually tailor each session to meet client needs, goals and concerns.
Rachael is a Reiki Master, Crystal Healing practitioner and a certified advanced practitioner for EFT & Matrix Reimprinting.
Over the last five years she has had experience with facilitating healing of traumatic events, past-life healing, disordered eating including over-eating and binge eating, weight issues, physical pain, stress related concerns and personal blockages such as business and money.
Rachael is incredibly passionate about specializing in assisting clients in the treatment and healing of stress, anxiety, weight issues, burn out, fatigue and physical pain in the body through an energetic and holistic lens.
